We left the daily routine behind for a day and enjoyed our team outing together. After exciting races on the kart track, it was time to fire up the grill: teams were drawn at random, and each group had the task of coming up with a dish together, shopping for it and then preparing it for everyone.
The result wasn't just genuinely delicious food, but above all lots of great conversations, new constellations and plenty of shared moments. That's exactly what makes days like these so valuable: you work with colleagues you may have fewer points of contact with in everyday life, get to know each other better and grow together as a team.
